This is a handy little book. The Architect's Pocket Book does not answer every question, but hey, it fits in your pocket. (link)

Flatland

Flatland: A Romance of many Dimensions

A MUST SEE.
is an 1884 sience fiction novella by the English schoolmaster Edwin Abbott Abbott. As a satire, Flatland offered pointed observations on the social hierarchy of Victorian culture. However, the novella's more enduring contribution is its examination of dimensions.
It's made into Animation. Quite relevant, in my opinion!
